The GoE asked the BE to contract a Procurement Agent to provide Technical Assistance to MOR in procuring the new ITAS and E-Invoicing systems as per the IT strategy. This TOR has been developed in collaboration with the MOR and MOR Tax Transformation Office. The objective of this contract is to assist MOR, the Steering Committee for the IT Strategy and in particular the Finance and Procurement Directorate in MOR in procuring ITAS and the new E-Invoicing System by the end of 2022.
